Weekly report, 14 Aug 2010

During past week I have:

1. Added first Java unitary test
2. Added some documentation
3. Corrected some problems with matrix element decoding
4. Corrected batch functions for import
5. Added report generation, and cleaned up trace
6. Added a few compatibility patterns

TODO:

1. Add expresion parameter decoding (ex. sqrt(2/3) or 1.2e-18)
2. Test diagrams with lines with multiple dimensions
3. Add missing compatibility patterns
4. Check if the colors, are working (possible only after merging with master branch, now I don't have working colors at all
