Description

To be able to load/save HDF files.

Note that Scilab is already using HDF libraries to exchange data between Scilab & Xcos. It is available in both in the native engine and the Java GUI.

Hierarchical Data Format, commonly abbreviated HDF, HDF4, or HDF5 is a library and multi-object file format for the transfer of graphical and numerical data between computers.
