Contributor - Improvement of the CGLAB module

Description

The goal of this development is to improve the CGLAB module developed last year during the context of the GSoC 2011.

The module is providing some functions thanks to CGAL: http://forge.scilab.org/index.php/p/cglab/

This development is coordinated with Scilab and CGAL upstreams.

Ideas

The idea is to extend CGLAB with some various components of CGLAB. For example:

• Mesh 3 - http://www.cgal.org/Manual/latest/doc_html/cgal_manual/Mesh_3/Chapter_main.html

• Surface reconstruction with Point set processing
• ...

An other idea would be to propose a solution to easily provide a Scilab mapping of all functions of CGAL (maybe with the Scilab Swig binding ?).
